Configuring the display text (Annax)

User Manual CIE 1.0 Wallboard
You configured the properties of a wallboard (Annax). Now you have to
configure the display texts.
You can use information of the following objects for display texts:

Topic
•
Team
•
Agent group

Information of the Topic object

You can use the following topic information for a display text.
Information Explanation
CQu Shows the number of calls in the queue.
MaxTQueued Shows the maximum wait time.
Avg. Tqueued Shows the average wait time of calls in the queue.
Avg. TQueuedInterv Shows the average wait time during the period under
consideration (updated periodically).
totNAbanF Shows the number of unanswered calls during the period
under consideration (dynamic calculation).
totNAbanInterv Shows the number of unanswered calls during the period
under consideration (updated periodically).
DTSF Shows the Task Service Factor (dynamic calculation).
TSF Shows the Task Service Factor.
totNTSF. Shows the total number of calls for the Task Service
Factor calculation.
totNTSF+ Shows the total number of positive calls for the TSF
calculation.
totNdoneS Shows the number of processed tasks during the period
under consideration (updated periodically).
totFdoneS
Shows the Processing factor (processed tasks in relation
to all tasks during the period under consideration,
updated periodically).
OutOfOrder Indicates a device failure.
totNdoneShift Shows the number of conversations per shift.
nCallsShift Shows the number of calls per shift.
totNtransExtDestShift Shows the number of calls transferred to external
destinations per shift.
totNDoneExtDestShif Shows the number of conversations with external
