24 • Operation of the Wallboard dialog (configuring a wallboard)
The InfoServer offers the possibility to use online realtime statistics and
variables in formulas. These formulas are employed for the following purposes:
To change a numerical value provided by PBX or database for the
wallboard.
Example: For display purposes a wait time in seconds can be
changed to minutes with the following formula:
tMaxWait / 60
To display texts on a wallboard only under certain circumstances.
Example: A text is displayed once the wait time exceeds 3 minutes.
The formula is:
tMaxWait >= 3 * 60.

Display options

There are further possibilities to change the display of a wallboard. This includes
a selection of colors, fonts, and further attributes, for example: flashing. The
choice depends partly on the manufacturer and on the device used.
Color selection red-yellow-green-mixed colors.
Selection of font , font size, etc.
Change of layout according to programmed logical conditions.
Time- and operation-controlled display of several views per display
field.
