Changing the information of a wallboard

Proceed as follows to change the information of a display text.
1. Select the Define display command from the Annax menu. The
Select wallboard for text editing dialog opens.
2. Select the wallboard you want to edit.
3. Click OK. The Edit Display Text [Name] dialog opens
4. Select the column and row for changing the display text.
5. Select the Overwrite or Insert option.
6. Click Change. The Display Information [Edit] dialog opens.
7. Click an object (Topic, Team or Agent group).
8. Select an object from the list. Click OK.
9. Select the information you want to have displayed.
10. Click OK. The Edit Display Text [Name] dialog shows the
changed setting.
11. Click OK to save your settings.

Deleting information of a wallboard

Proceed as follows to delete information of a display text.
1. Select the Define display command of the Annax menu. The
Select wallboard for text editing dialog opens.
2. Select the wallboard you want to edit.
3. Click OK. The Edit Display Text [Name] dialog opens
4. Select the column and row for deleting the display text.
5. Press the Del key or the keys Ctrl and D.
6. Click OK to save your settings.
