Select File from the menu bar to open the File menu, shown in Figure 65.

In the File menu, click on Download to Panel. This opens the Download to Panel
dialog boxes shown in Figure 66 and Figure 67. Use the Comm Settings tab
(Figure 66) to set the communications port, baud rate, and other communication
settings.
