The value depends on the ifType value, as
follows:

process returns current attribute values for
the #L28022 or #L18023 services,
respectively.
The value depends on the contents of the
ZSUBNET-STATE field of the ZTCI-DDL-
STATUS-SUBNET structure, returned from
a SPI STATUS command on SUBNET
