Recommended Action
Check the setting of the
volume in the Data Retention
Utility window or the Volume
Retention Manager window.
Check the setting of the
specified volume in the
Volume Security window.
Check the specified
secondary data volume and
specify a non-LUSE volume.
Be sure that IO suppression
mode of the specified
secondary data volume is
enabled on the XP External
Storage window. If the IO
suppression mode is
disabled, check the
microcode version of
DKCMAIN of the secondary
storage system, and call HP
technical support.
From the Data Retention
Utility window, check the
settings of the specified
secondary data volume.
Check the setting of the
specified secondary data
volume in the Volume Security
window.
From the Data Retention
Utility window, check the
settings of the specified
primary data volume.
From the Volume Retention
Manager window, check the
settings of the specified
primary data volume.
Check the status of the
primary data volume in the
XP Business Copy window or
the ShadowImage for
Mainframe window.
