Set the TIME server function by TCP.

Enable the TIME server function by TCP.
• off
Disable the TIME server function by TCP.
Configuration mode (admin class)
Set whether or not to enable the TCP-based TIME server function.
It is assumed that the TCP-based TIME server function is enabled.
