Check the connection on the DC controller PCB
connector J102. Reconnect it.
Are there approximately 24 V dc between DC
controller PCB connectors J102-10 (24 V) and
J102-5 (GND)? Check whether +24 V dc is being
supplied between DC controller PCB connectors
J101-4 (24 V) and J101-3 (GND). If it is not, replace
the power supply unit.
Test print a page. Does the voltage between DC
controller PCB connectors J102-8 and J102-7
(GND) change from about 5 V dc to OV?
If yes, replace the laser/scanner unit.
If no, replace the DC controller PCB,
see "DC Controller Board Information" on page
