Planning Form Instructions
Use Figures 2 2 through 2 4 as you record extension number information:
1. Identify the 2-digit, 3-digit, or Set Up Space numbering system you will
be using under the Factory Set column on Form 2b by circling the name
of the appropriate numbering system.
2. Do one of the following:
If you do not need to renumber any of the factory-set extension
numbers:
a. Check the 2 Digit, the 3 Digit, or the Set Up Space box under the
