Chapter 6 Command Reference
FIFO (MEM FIFO command), and reading memory must be empty (done by
executing the MEM FIFO command) before samples are taken. If these
requirements are not met when the trigger arm event occurs, an error is
generated.
Query Command. The MFORMAT? query command returns the present
memory format. Refer to "Query Commands" near the front of this chapter for
more information.

Disables all post-process math operations
Enables the previous math operation. To resume two
math operations, send MMATH CONT,CONT
Result = temperature (Celsius) of a 5kW thermistor
(40653B). Function must be OHM or OHMF (10kW
range or higher).
Result = 20 x log
(reading/REF register). The REF

register is initialized to 1, yielding dBV.
