Note: Intel Server Boards support add-in peripherals and contain a number of high-density
VLSI and power delivery components which require proper airflow for cooling. Intel develops
and tests chassis so when they are used with Intel
system will meet component thermal requirements. If Intel components are not installed, it is the
responsibility of the system integrator to consult vendor datasheets and operating parameters to
determine the air flow requirements for their specific application and environmental conditions.
Intel Corporation cannot be held responsible if components fail or the server board does not
operate correctly when used outside of the published operating parameters.
