To set the time zone for this subsystem:
1.
In Tree View, click the Subsystem
2.
In Management View, from the Settings tab dropdown menu, choose Time
Zone Management.
3.
From the dropdown menu, choose the time zone that matches your
geographic location.
4.
Click the Submit button.
The change takes effect immediately.

Setting Subsystem NTP

Network Time Protocol (NTP) synchronizes the ASUS Storage subsystem to an
NTP server. After you have made NTP settings, the ASUS Storage subsystem
synchronizes:
At startup.
Every night.
When you synchronize manually.
To set a Network Time Protocol (NTP) for this subsystem:
1.
In Tree View, click the Subsystem
2.
In Management View, from the Settings tab dropdown menu, choose NTP
Management.
3.
Check the NTP Service box to enable the NTP service.
4.
Enter the URLs for NTP servers in the fields provided.
One URL is required. Additional URLs are optional.
5.
From the Time Zone dropdown menu, choose your time zone.
6.
If your location observes Daylight Saving Time:
Check the Daylight Saving Time box.
Set the start date from the DST Start Time dropdown menus.
Set the end date from the DST End Time dropdown menus.
7.
Click the Submit button.
8.
Click the OK button in the notification dialog box.

Synchronizing the Subsystem NTP Manually

The NTP service must be enabled before you can manually synchronize the
subsystem. See ―Setting Subsystem NTP‖ above.
To synchronize the ASUS Storage subsystem with an NTP Server:
1.
Click the Subsystem icon in Tree View.
