Replacing the PCI Cooling Fan (SR1530AH/SR1530AHLX)

Caution: The PCI cooling fan is NOT hot swappable. Before removing or replacing the PCI cooling
fan, you must first take the server out of service, turn off all peripheral devices connected
to the system, turn off the system by pressing the power button, and unplug the AC power
cord from the system or wall outlet.
1. Observe the safety and ESD precautions at the beginning of this book. See
Information" on page
2. Power down the server and unplug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable.
3. Remove the server system cover. For instructions, see
System Cover" on page
4. Disconnect the fan cable from the server board. See letter "A" in the figure below.

5. Lift the fan from the system.
