RIP Route Redistribution configuration

RIP commands are available only on the GbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet Blade Switch.

Open Shortest Path First configuration

NOTE:
OSPF commands are available only on the GbE2c Layer 2/3 Ethernet Blade Switch.
The following table describes the basic Open Shortest Path First (OSPF) commands. The following sections provide
more detailed information and commands.

Description
Adds selected routing maps to the RIP route redistribution list. This option adds
a route map to the route redistribution list. The routes of the redistribution
protocol matched by the route maps in the route redistribution list will be
redistributed.
Command mode: Router RIP
Removes the route map from the RIP route redistribution list.
Command mode: Router RIP
Exports the routes of this protocol in which the metric and metric type are
specified. To remove a previous configuration and stop exporting the routes of
the protocol, enter

Displays the current RIP route redistribute configuration.

Description
Enter Router OSPF configuration mode.

Configures the OSPF area.

Configures an OSPF host route. Up to 128 host routes can be
configured. Host routes are used for advertising network device IP
addresses to external networks to perform server load balancing within
OSPF. It also makes Area Border Route (ABR) load sharing and ABR
failover possible.

Sets the link state database limit.
Command mode: Router OSPF
Sets one default route among multiple choices in an area.
