Maintenance steps
Visual inspection:
check the fixed pin. No damage
or distorted, replace by new one
periodically.
Function test and brightness set-
ting
Check the tighteness of the 4 or
6 installation screws, tightening
torque: 14 Nm
Replace the screws periodically.
Check the tighteness of the 6 in-
stallation screws, tightening
torque: 49Nm for M10 screws of
PLG-II SKY installation, 10Nm
for M6 screws of PLG-II installa-
tion.

Replace the screws periodically.
Check the screws' tighteness
and tighten them if necessary.
Check the tighteness of clamp
screws, tighten torque: 14 Nm.
Check if the conducting screw of
clamp is tightened.
Visual and functional inspections:
no breakage, poor contact, iden-
tification missing or func-tional
defect.
Visual and functional inspections:
no breakage, leakage, smudgy,
identification missing or func-
tional defect.
Check:
torque of M16 nuts is 200Nm.
