7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1 Handle
Problem
The handle does
not turn on.
The plug head is
getting loose.
No reaction if the
button near the
capsule is pressed.
The button is sticky
The handle is not
charging
Possible cause
The handle is in "Sleep
mode".
The battery is
completely down.
Electrical problem
Mechanical problems
Metal plate not present
Chapter 7  TROUBLESHOOTING
Remedy
Re-activate by putting it in the
charger.
Put the handle in the charger for
a complete charging cycle.
Tighten the plug head.
Turn off the handle, then keep
the working button pressed five
seconds over the Long press
( blue)
The handle enters the menu,
select the "Sleep mode" page,
activate the function and save
( blue). Place the handle
on the charger to start charging.
If the problem persists contact

Paste metal plate (see ref. 7 in
Figure 2-1).
