Step 3 - Connect battery cables to battery fuses (if required)

If the DC distribution does not have battery fuses then ignore this step. See
the diagram on page 2 for location of the DC distribution.
Remove all battery fuse links.

Ensure that the fuse fail detection boards are fitted as shown.
(When a fuse link is replaced ensure the board is removed from the
blown fuse and re-fitted to a new striker type fuse link).
Terminate the battery live cable(s) at the battery fuse(s).

Terminate the battery common cable(s) at the DC common bar.
