Recording to
Memory
Now you are ready o record. If you selec ed To Memory in he Se ings
screen, remember you only have a cer ain amoun of available memory.
Voice Edi or II does no ye suppor ex ended memory. Na urally, if you
selec he hard disk, you will have a longer recording ime since you can
fill an en ire hard disk wi h a sound file.
Recording to
Disk
To record o Memory:
1. Make selec ons in Se ing Screen and selec ToMemory and selec
£)k.
2. Selec To Memory in under he Record menu and selec Qk.
Once you make he selec ion, Voice Edi or II begins recording. A screen
will be displayed while recording. This screen also le s you s op he
recording. When recording is comple ed, he Block Informa ion Screen
displays he new block informa ion.
To recording o disk
1. Af er making he ini ial se ings, selec To Disk and selec Qk.
2. Selec To Disk in he op ion menu under Record
3. When he Direc ory/Drive Screen displays, en er Filename and
selec Qk.
Note: If you selec an exis ing file name in he Direc ory /Drive Screen,
Voice Edi or II will ask if you wan o overwri e he file.
