SOUND BLASTER^
The program, VOC-HDR adds he CT-VOICE header o a raw sound file
recorded from o her sources. Wi h he header added. Voice Edi or II and
o her programs using he CT-VOICE driver can play he sound file.

It is necessary to put the .VOC extension on the target file.

a new file.

Note: The parame ers [ISaalMbbIRccIRE] can be added o each voice
file o be combined. Decimal values for aa, bb and cc canno be grea er
han 32767.
Parameter
Description
Saa Adds a silence period o a voice file in uni s of 0.1
seconds.
Mbb Adds a marker o he file. During playback of he voice,
if he marker is encoun ered, i sends a 2-by e flag. An
applica ion program can hen decide how o ac when
encoun ering hese flags.
Rcc Reques s a block o be repea ed. En er -1 for CC o
reques non-s op repea ing.
RE Ends he repea command.
