Important
You must load SBTALKER in memory before Read and Dr. Sbaitso can
run. Remember, if you have not put the Set Sound command in your
AUTOEXEC.BATfde,youneed to enter, Set Sound=CTSB RO oradd
it to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file before you can play Sound Blaster ro
software. When adding commands to your AUTOEXEC.BAT file, you
must reboot before they take effect.
To load SBTALKER:
1. Change o he \SBPRO\SBTALKER direc ory.
2. Type SBTALK and press Enter.
Note: SBTALK is a ba ch file (SBTALK.BAT) loca ed in he SBPRO
direc ory. You can run he program wi hou he ba ch file by en ering
SBTALKER /DBLASTER.
To se echo effec :
1. Af erins allingSBTALKER, ypeSET-ECHO[dddd]andpress
Enter.
Note: dddd se s he delay ime for he echo effec . The range is from 0
o 4,000. En ering 1000 provides a good echo effec wi h a 0.1 second
delay. A delay se ing of 500 produces a reverb effec .
