Command Descriptions
SOUNDFX GET Le s you view he selec ed sources s a us:
volume level, he panning and fading s a us
No e: Source refers o he following: MASTER,
VOICE, MUSIC, CD, LINEand/orMIC. You can
reques s a us for all sources and effec s in he
same command line.
Example: SOUNDFX GET VOICE FADE.
SOUNDFX SETVOL
This command le s you se bo h lef and righ
volume levels for selec ed sources. Values
range from 0 (no sound) o 255 (loudes ). If you
omi he righ volume level, bo h he righ and
lef volumes are se o he specified lef volume
level. You canno use his command if he
source is curren ly being panned or faded.
No e: Do no specify a righ volume for MIC.
Example: SOUNDFX SETVOL LINE 255,80
SOUNDFX FADE
This se s up he fading effec for he selec ed
source. You can only selec one source a a
ime wi h his command. The following op ions
are available wi h his command:
BEGINVOL — Se beginning volume level for
righ and lef channels. Values range from 0 (no
sound) o 255 (loudes sound).
ENDVOL — Se s ending volume level for righ
and lef channels. Values range from 0 o 255.
REPEAT — Specifies Fade repea coun . If -1
is specified, fading con inues non-s op or un il a
STOP command is encoun ered. Defaul is 1.
DURATION — Specifies ime value for leng h
of fade in milliseconds. Defaul is 500 millisec ­
onds.
YOYO — Selec s yo-yo fea ure ei her ON or
OFF. Defaul is ON.
Example: SOUNDFX FADE MUSIC
