Document Supporting Kit)

Removal
WARNING
Turn OFF the power and the breaker, then unplug the
power plug to prevent electric shock.
Procedure
1. Remove the Turn Guide (x2). (PL3.1)
2. Remove the Upper Document Transport. (Figure 1)
1) Remove the Upper Document Transport in the
direction of the arrow.

3. Turn the Upper Document Transport upside down and
place it in the direction shown in the following figure.

4. Remove the White Platen Assembly. (Figure 3)
1) Remove the KL-Clip.
2) Shift the White Platen Assembly to the Left side.
3) Raise the White Platen Assembly toward you and
remove it.

Installation
Procedure
To install, carry out the removal steps in reverse order.
