Using the Dispenser commands... window in CorobTECH, check that:
all the circuits are working properly;
the Autocap, if present, opens and closes smoothly;
the Shelf is moving up and down and the punching, if present, is working.
In case of errors during this checks, refer to the section "Troubleshooting".

5.7 First canister filling

First filling of a dispenser with bellow pumps is an operation that needs to be done very carefully to reduce,
as much as possible, the quantity of air present in the circuit and in the colorants.
IMPORTANT ! To avoid emulsifying air into the product, never use automatic shakers to
shake the colorant to be poured into the canisters. Shake manually.
If you are using solvent-based colorants that can be affected by any water left in the canister,
before filling the canisters dehydrate them by flushing with a suitable solvent.
1.
From the Dispenser commands window send a Bellows > Up command to compress all the bellows
pumps of the machine. Be sure to have a can loaded on the shelf.
2.
Fill the canisters with colorant as follows:
remove the bottle draining system (1) so as to access the clip that fixes the stirrer structure to the
stirrer rod; press the wings of the clip (2) and pull the stirrer structure (3) upward, to remove both
the structure itself and the filter (4)
fill the bottom of the canister with colorant
reassemble the stirrer structure and the filter, and fit the bottle draining system back in its place
