5 INSTALLATION

5.1 Conditions for proper installation

The installation area must be level and solid and the floor must guarantee a safe support for the machine.
The installation environment must conform to current regulations in force in the country of installation, in
terms of work safety and hygiene.
Leave the minimum space around the machine necessary for the functioning and maintenance.
To prevent damages to the machine or malfunctioning, the environmental conditions must be:
temperature: from +10 °C to +40 °C
relative humidity: from 5% to 85% without condensation.
You must also prepare an electrical power line in accordance with the voltage and frequency required by the
machine, listed on the identification plate.
The line must be protected from overloads, short-circuits and direct contacts according to current
regulations.
Installing a COROB™ dispenser involves the following steps:

installing any accessories

computer connection

machine connection to the mains and startup
4
software installation
5
machine configuration
6
first canister filling
7
moistening the humidifying sponge
Once machine installation is complete, it is necessary to proceed with calibration (refer to the section
"Calibration").
