Error in case of fully insulated probes typically 0.13 %/K related to the full-scale value.

The process pressure limits depends on process connections.

Probe ⌀10 mm (0.39 in), ⌀14 mm (0.55 in) including insulation
–1 to 25 bar (–14.5 to 362.5 psi)
Probe ⌀16 mm (0.63 in) including insulation
• –1 to 100 bar (–14.5 to 1 450 psi)
• in regards to an inactive length, the maximum permitted process pressure is
63 bar (913.5 psi)
• for CRN approval and inactive length: the maximum permitted process pressure is
32 bar (464 psi)
