LEDs, identifies the alarms that cause the Alarm LED to

Color What It Means
Green ON – DSU/CSU has power and it is operational.
OFF – DSU/CSU is in a power-on self-test, or
there is a failure.
Red ON – DSU/CSU has just been reset, or an error
or fault has been detected.

OFF – No tests are active.
