5.2.9 Oil Filter Replacement

Replace the oil filter cartridges every 2000 hours or 6 months, whichever occurs first.
To replace the oil filter:
Stop the compressor and wait until internal pressure discharges.
•
Remove the filter housing with the help of the filter chain.
•
Clean the surface where filter gasket contacts.
•
Fill the new filter element with oil and lubricate its gasket slightly.
•
Place the new filter and tighten it securely with filter chain.
•
Avoid actions that may damage the filter cartridge.
•
Operate the compressor again and check for any leaks.
