5.3.5 Every 8000 Hours Operation or 12 Months

Replace the air/oil separator as warned on the compressor controller. Replace the separator

before the replacement period ends if the difference between the oil tank internal pressure and
external pressure is more than 1 bar.
Check the intake regulator solenoid valve and vacuum switch, replace as necessary.

Check the temperature probe, replace if necessary.
▪
Check the pressure sensor (with a calibrated manometer), replace as necessary.
▪
Replace the maintenance requiring components of the intake regulator by using a service kit.
▪
Please contact HERTZ KOMPRESSOREN customer service for replacement.
