This may cause your motor to fry.
Do not use compressor components that are expired. The maintenance not performed timely
shall strain the system mechanically; it shall increase the load on your compressor and motor,
and shorten its life.
Keep the cooling fan, ventilation ducts and fan protective cover grill of your motor clean.
The motor bearings must be lubricated in accordance with the amount of grease, grease type
and greasing period given on the motor plate. Less or much grease, or the usage of a different
type of grease than specified on the motor plate, can cause damage to the motor bearings, as
well as costly repairs to the motor covers or shaft.
Your altitude and ambient temperature directly affects the cooling coefficient of the motor. In
standard state, your motor runs without problems until 1000 meters altitude and 122 °F (50 °C)
ambient temperature. In the locations with higher altitudes and temperatures, the load rate must
be reviewed (Table 7). We recommend you to contact our authorized service.

5.2.4 Coupling Maintenance and Replacement

Stop your compressor and cut the power.
Remove the coupling shelter and turn the coupling bolts by hand to an easily removable position.
Remove the damaged coupling element as a set. Install the new coupling element as set.
After all coupling elements are installed, squeeze the bolts in order.
Reinstall the coupling shelter, do not operate the compressor without shelter.
After powering up the compressor, check whether there is any failure on the panel or not.
Operate your compressor in stand-by mode for 1-2 minutes, check whether there is any abnormal
situation (abnormal sound, vibration, etc.) or not. Contact our authorized service in case of an
extraordinary situation.
Ensure that your compressor is safe after operating under full load for 1 hour.
