PROBLEM
Compressor does not reach
the maximum pressure.
Compressor loses excessive
oil.

CAUSE
The air consumption of your system is
higher than compressor capacity.
There is a leak in air line connections.
Air filter is too dirty.
Intake regulator is faulty.
Airend is faulty.
Scavenge orifice is blocked.
Separator element is damaged.
Oil leaks from compressor body.
Compressor is exposed to excessive
heat.
Recommended oil isn't used.
SOLUTION
To see the compressor reach maximum
pressure; close the tank exit valve; observe
that the pressure rises and compressor
stops at the set pressure. If the pressure
does not rise, there is another malfunction.
Inform the service.
Check your air installation and connection
locations.
Stop the compressor, check air filter and
replace if contaminated.
There may be cases where intake regulator
flap is stuck and where it can be opened very
slightly. Inform the service.
If the airend is damaged, a high operating
noise is heard. Inform the service.
Observe oil passing through the Scavenge
observation hose while the compressor is
operated under load. Stop the compressor if
no oil passes through. Clean the scavenge
orifice with a thin wire or with compressed
air. Operate the compressor and observe
whether oil passes through and add the oil
lost.
If you see oil coming from air tank while
discharging water, replace the separator
element.
Oil puddle is observed on the floor below the
leaking section. Check the connections in oil
circuit and tighten them. Inform the service if
the leak does not stop.
Oil losses may increase in the places where
ambient temperature is above 113
and the compressor unit is exposed to direct
sunlight since expansion will increase and oil
will thin out further than normal. Drop the
temperature of the environment, where the
compressor is present, below 113
Please use the recommended oil since
different types and specifications of oils can
cause damage in the long run.
