Discharge the oil completely by opening the oil discharge valve under the oil tank. Close the oil
discharge valve when oil flow is ended.
After lubricating gasket of the new oil filter slightly, perform its mounting.
Fill the compressor oil until the oil gauge comes to normal (green colour) mode.
Replace the oil filling plug and complete the connections.
Run your compressor for a few minutes to check the internal mechanism for oil leaks.
Stop the compressor and wait for the oil to settle, then check the oil level. Replenish if necessary.
Check the optimum oil level of compressor and top-up the missing amount.

5.2.3 Oil Sampling

Bring the compressor to operating temperature.
Open the oil tank plug and draw sample with the help of the pump kit.
Do not draw samples from the oil tank drain or oil filter.
Use new pump hose for each sampling to avoid incorrect analysis.
If the o-ring in the plug is damaged, replace it.

5.2.4 Motor Maintenance

Take the precautions below strictly for a long and efficient use of electric motors.
Ground your compressor appropriately.
Do not change the pressure, thermal flow and time settings regarding your compressor
operation. If the set values are exceeded, load shall increase and motor current shall increase.
