5.2.5 Air Filter Replacement
The air filter, which is available in the intake chamber of the compressor, is for preventing the

particles in the air entering the airend.
Although air filter replacement changes based on atmospheric conditions and maintenance, it must be
performed every 4000 hours or a year on an average. More frequent replacement may be required if the
environment is very dusty.
For air filter replacement:
Unlock the lock available on the air filter chamber.
•
Move the filter element into a serviceable position by rotating the unlocked division.
•
Remove the old filter element.
•
If necessary, wipe the chamber with a lint free cloth.
•
Refit new filter elements.
•
5.2.6 Panel Filter (Optional) and Electric Cabinet Intake Filter Replacement
Optional panel filter option is available in Impetus series for dusty working conditions.

The ventilation fan of your compressor requires high amount of free air. The dust in the operating
▪
environment of your compressor is intake as a result of the operation of this fan. Your panel filter
may be clogged according to the dust amount in the environment.
The intake air is reduced as the panel filter gets clogged and the operating temperature of your
▪
compressor gets higher. Furthermore, the dust particulates hardly pass from the filter due to the
increase in the intake speed as a result of filter clogging.
Replace the panel filter of your compressor once in every 4000 hours. If 4000 hours is not achieved

within 1 years, replace the filter every 1 years.
