PROBLEM
Compressor does not start.
Compressor runs with strain.

CAUSE
There is no power.
Controller or inlet fuse is blown.
Mains voltage is low, unbalanced or
phase is reverse.
Compressor has stopped due to a
malfunction.
Compressor is started without release
of internal pressure.
The cross-section of the inlet feed cable
is not adequate.
Low voltage.
Ambient temperature is low.
There is a mechanical problem in the
motor or airend.
Intake regulator is faulty.
SOLUTION
Check whether there is voltage in the first
fuse where the electric network cable
enters to the compressor electrical panel
or in the electric terminal.
Check the fuses.
Check the warning on the control panel.
Check the warning on the control panel.
Compressor doesn't operate for 1 minute for
release of internal pressure after it's
stopped. Try to start compressor again after
1 minute.
This problem is observed in installations
made with a cable thinner than required due
to voltage decrease. Measure the inlet
voltage when your compressor is stopped
and start your compressor
measurement continues. If the voltage
drops by 5% (380>360) or below, cable
cross-section is inadequate. Make the
connection with a suitable cross-section
cable.
If the Mains Voltage is %5 below the Voltage
the compressor is set or less than this, the
problem is caused by the network or the
installed power of your facility.
If the ambient temperature is below 35

Turn off power supply to the compressor,
and check if the coupling rotates freely. If
there is a more difficult rotation than
normal, there might be mechanical damage
on the motor or airend; inform the service.
Intake regulator valve is closed at initial
operation. It may be open due to a
mechanical reason, thus compressor tries
to start with load and has difficulty in
gaining speed. See that valve is fully closed
while compressor is in STOP position and
there is no internal pressure. Valve might
be stuck open. Inform the service.
