PROBLEM
Compressor stops due to
excessive heat.
Compressor runs noisier than
normal when it is close to
maximum pressure.

CAUSE
Temperature settings changed.
Ambient temperature is high.
Insufficient ventilation.
Oil level is low.
Oil filter blocked.
Oil expired.
Air filter is dirty/clogged.
Panel filter contaminated/clogged.
Radiator cores and/or fan blades are
dirty/clogged.
Outlet hole is too long or narrows down.
Bonnet are open.
There is a problem in motor bearings.
There is a mechanical problem in the
airend.
SOLUTION
Check the temperature settings.
Check the ambient temperature
compressor is operated and take necessary
precautions.
In a room, where a intake window smaller than
compressor intake area is opened, hot air created
in the compressor cannot be discharged out of
room healthily. Radiator might be exposed to
direct sunlight or strong winds might be blowing
against the radiator air exit. Check and take
necessary precautions.
Check the oil level and fill up if low.
Replace oil filter.
Oil with a darker colour is expired. Replace the
oil. Review your working conditions if you shall
perform this procedure frequently.
Replace air filter.
Check and clean or replace.
Check and clean.
Check and take necessary precautions.
Close bonnets.
Excessive operating noise might be observed.
Inform the service.
