Description
When "Brake control enable
[b120]" is enabled and
ON/OFF of the brake cannot
be confirmed within the "Brake
confirmation signal wait time
[b124]" after the inverter has
output a brake releasing signal,
the inverter trips.
When "STO input operation
selection [b145]" is set to
"[E37] trip (01)" and either of
the [ST1]/[ST2] input terminals
is off, the inverter trips.
When an overload occurs in
the extremely low speed range
of 0.2 Hz or less, the built-in
electronic thermal will detect
and the inverter trips.
(However, high frequency may
remain in the error history in
some cases.)
When "Electronic thermal
decrease function enable
[b910]" ≠ 00, this error also
occurs as overload protection
of the inverter.
When communication with the
optional external remote
operator is abnormal or
disconnected, the inverter
trips. Enable/disable of error
detection can be selected in
"Operation selection at
operator disconnection
[b165]".
When RS485 communication
timeout occurs, the inverter
trips. Enable/disable of error
detection can be selected in
"RS485 communication error
selection [C076]".
When an invalid instruction is
detected in EzSQ program, the
inverter trips.
(EzSQ was executed without
downloading the program to
the inverter, EzSQ program
memory was broken, etc.)
When the nesting count
exceeds the allowable
executed number in EzSQ
program, the inverter trips.
When an instruction that
cannot be executed is
detected in EzSQ program, the
inverter trips.
When the corresponding user-
assigned tripping programs are
executed in EzSQ program, the
inverter trips.

Tips/FAQ/Troubleshooting
Possible causes and countermeasures
Is ON/OFF operation of the braking
normal?
→ Check the brake.
Is the setting of [b124] too short?
→ Increase the [b124].
Is the "Answer back from Brake [BOK]"
signal turned on?
→ Check wiring.
Is [ST1]/[ST2] incorrectly input?
→ Check the wiring and sequence of
[ST1]/[ST2] input signals.
Is parameter setting correct?
→ Check the [b145] setting.
Is the load too heavy?
→ Lower the load factor.
Is there a communication error?
→ Check/replace the cable.
Is the settings of communication
baud rate etc. correct?
→ Check the settings.
Are the length and shield of the
wirings appropriate? Also, are wires
not broken?
→ Check the communication wiring.
Is the termination resistor setting
correct?
→ Check the termination resistor.
