This section explains the input/output signals of a high speed data logger module.
The following shows an example of assigning input/output signals when the start input/output number of a high speed data
logger module is '0.'
Device X indicates an input signal from a high speed data logger module to a CPU module.
Device Y indicates an output signal from a CPU module to a high speed data logger module.
Precautions
As for input/output signals to a CPU module, do not output (turn ON) 'Use prohibited' signals.
Doing so may cause malfunction of a programmable controller system.
