Troubleshooting on the recipe function

Symptom
Failed to read/write the recipe file.
The values in the recipe file are not written
correctly to the CPU module.
Unable to display a file name in the file list
on the "Recipe Execution Operation"
screen.
The file downloaded from the high speed
data logger module is old (data before
writing is obtained)
Check point
Does specified record number exist in the Recipe file?
Is the record number which is larger than the number of
the records specified?
Is the order of the record number in the Recipe file in
series (1, 2, ... 255, 256)?
Is the fixed string area as the format?
Is the upper limit of the number of blocks, the number
of records, the number of data exceeded?
Does the blank row, the blank column exist between
the blocks, the records?
Is the data written in the record attribute "P"?
Does the blank exist in the device value of the record
attribute other than 'N'?
Is the data read when the device value of the record
attribute 'N' is blank?
Is the device value within the range that can be
represented with specified data type?
Is the data configurable in the Recipe function?
Is the inexistent access target CPU specified?
Does specified Recipe file exist in the RECIPE folder?
Is the file which is occupied by other dedicated
instruction specified?
Are other dedicated instructions being executed?
Is the other recipe execution operation performing?
Is the access state of the SD memory card "Access
stop"?
Is the module operation in stop status?
Is the write protect switch of the SD memory card
locked?
Are FLOAT (Single Precision) or FLOAT (Double
Precision) values to be written, usable in the CPU
module?
Does a recipe file exist in the RECIPE folder of the SD
memory card?
Is a unsupported character used for a recipe file name?
Does more than 257 CSV files exist in the RECIPE
folder of the SD memory card?
Were the settings for temporary internet files of Internet
Explorer configured?
Corrective action
• Check the setting of the recipe file.
• Correct the value of the record number to be
specified.
• Change the record number of the recipe file.
• Correct the record number of the recipe file in series.
• Set the fixed string area as the recipe format.

• Set each of the number of blocks, the number of
records and the number of units of data in one recipe
file so it does not exceed 256.
• Delete the blank row, the blank column between the
blocks, the records.
• Review the attribute of the target record.
• Change the specified record number.
• Set the device value.
• Add 'N' to the record attribute.
• Read the data after writing data.
• Correct the setting value of the device value.
• Check that the device, the data type, and the number
of strings are configurable value in the recipe file.
• Check the settings for the access target CPU of the
target high speed data logger module, and set the
value for the existing access target CPU.
• Check the files in the RECIPE folder.
• Provide an interlock among dedicated instructions to
access the same file.
• Execute after other dedicated instruction is
completed.
• Perform the recipe execution operation after other
recipe execution operation is completed.
• Execute 'Access restart'. (Page 221 SD memory
card diagnostics)
• Perform "Restart" of the module operation.

• Execute "Update Settings" of the module operation.
(Page 216 Module diagnostics)
• Unlock the write protect switch of the SD memory
card and retry.
• Correct the setting value of the device value.
• Store a recipe file in the RECIPE folder of the SD
memory card.
• Use available characters for the recipe file name.

• Make the number of CSV files in the RECIPE folder
of the SD memory card 256 files or less.
• Configure the settings for temporary internet files of
