Corrective action
• Write the settings again with the Configuration
Tool.
• Replace the SD memory card.
• Correct the device name specified in the "Data
logging setting", "Event logging setting", or
"Report setting".
• Take measures to reduce noise.
• Reset the CPU module and switch it to RUN. If
the same error is displayed again, a hardware
failure may occur in high speed data logger
module. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
