Access target CPU setting
Set the connection route from a high speed data logger module to the CPU module to be accessed.

Description
Select this to access the CPU module on the system in which high speed data logger modules are installed.
Select this to access CPU module connected via the network.
Select the series of access target CPU module.
Moves back to the previous setting tab.
Moves forward to the next setting tab.
Reflects the settings.

Description
Set the module type on the access source system side.
Set the start I/O number of the module on the access source system side.
Set the station number of the module on the access source system side.
Display or select the module type on the access target (routed) system side.
Set the IP address of the module on the access target (routed) system side.
Set the network number of the module on the access target (routed) system side.
Set the station number of the module on the access target (routed) system side.
Select this to access a module on a different network via the system configured
with the access target (routed) system settings.
