a) The PCIe card holder protrudes through the top of the PCIe cage in three sections. Push down on the center section
and slide the PCIe card holder in the direction of the arrow to loosen it from the cage.

5. Remove the PCIe card holder.
a) Turn the PCIe cage upside down and place on a flat surface.
b) Remove the loosened PCIe card holder by sliding it away from the PCIe cards.

Important:
Note the card holder orientation relative to the PCIe card when you remove it as you will reinstall the card
holder in a later step.
6. Remove the PCIe card.
a) Loosen and then swing the thumbscrew next to the PCIe card into the open position.
b) Pull the PCIe card out of the card slot.
