Sum Source
Click or tap the Waveform drop-down button to select the waveform to be added to
the current waveform. Available waveform shapes include:
•
Sine
•
Square with 50% duty cycle
•
Ramp with 50% symmetry
•
Noise - white gaussian noise
•
Arb - standard arbitrary waveform other than DC
•
CH1/CH2: the waveform from the other channel
Sum Frequency
It sets the frequency of the waveform to be added to the current continuous
waveform. Click or tap the SUM Freq input field and use the pop-up virtual keypad to
set the frequency. The range of the Sum frequency is from 2 mHz to 1 MHz.
Sum Ratio
It sets the ratio of the amplitude of the waveform to be added relative to the
amplitude of the current waveform. Click or tap the SUM Ratio input field and use
the pop-up virtual keypad to set the ratio. The default value is 50%. The available
range is limited by the current carrier amplitude and max. amplitude.
