Check if the toner cartridge is a supported and genuine
Lexmark supply. If not, then replace it.

Make sure that the toner cartridge is properly installed.

Check the toner cartridge and toner cartridge button for
damage. Replace if necessary.

Make sure that the latest firmware is installed.
