When Wireline Interface is set to
None, this field must be set to
Disabled.
This timer is used when the
Fallback In-Cabinet Repeat is set
to Link Failure or Timer.
This field is disregarded when
Fallback In-Cabinet Repeat is set
to Disabled or Link Failure.
Base- local repeat is unavailable
(Full Duplex, Half Duplex and
Simplex are supported)
Repeater- local repeat available
on Full Duplex channels only
(depending on Gate Parameters)
