INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION

NOTE:
Carefully read the hazards
mentioned in section "Hazards and safety
provisions during use" on page 8 .
ATTENTION: Besides being autho-
rised and appropriately documented, and if
necessary, instructed and trained, on first us-
age, users shall simulate several operations
to identify the controls and main functions .
WARNING: Use only as intended by
the manufacturer and never tamper with any
device to obtain performance levels outside
the rated specifications .
ATTENTION: Before use, check that
the safety devices are properly installed and
in good working order .
ATTENTION: As well as taking care to
meet these requirements, users should also
implement all safety regulations and read
the description of the controls and the start-
up procedure carefully .
WARNING: The floor near the appli-
ance could be slippery .
IMPORTANT: At the end of each cook-
ing cycle, after emptying the tank, be sure to
turn off the control knob to "0" .
IMPORTANT: Before filling the tank,
make sure the drain lever is on "CLOSED" .
IMPORTANT: Empty the well com-
pletely after use .

WARNING: Never use the appliance
with no water in the well, as this may dam-
age its structure .
ATTENTION: Remove and empty the
drip tray gradually to prevent scalding due to
the high temperature of fats .
WARNING: Do not remove the protec-
tions preventing the accidental contact with
high temperature surfaces and ensuring the
correct combustion of gas appliances .
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the fol-
lowing rules should be adopted.
– Use only the accessories recommended by
the Manufacturer.
– Always keep the appliance and the surround-
ing areas clean.
– When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents.
– Keep the water at boiling temperature and
ensure correct starch overflow drain.
– Check that the water level never drops below
the minimum level marked.
– Fill the baskets with the right quantity of pasta
taking into account the type of pasta and the
expected increase in volume during cooking
IMPORTANT: The constant presence
of the operator is required during routine use
of the appliance .
