RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE

The rate of accidents resulting from

and the normal operating modes will help

devices are fully installed and functional.

the controls and the start-up instructions

DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS
The illustration shows the appliance's control panels,
while the list details the descriptions and functions of
the individual controls.
1. Convection cooking button: selects convection
(fan-assisted hot air) cooking mode.
• Icon on: convection cooking mode selected.
2. Mixed cooking button: selects mixed cooking
mode (convection + steam).
• Icon on: mixed cooking mode selected.
3. Steam cooking button: selects steam cooking
mode.
• Icon on: steam cooking mode selected.
4. Temperature setting button
• Setting the cooking temperature: press
once (the icon fl ashes) to set temperature
using knob (21).

Modify the temperature during cooking:
press once to display the value of the
temperature set on display (7).
Press the button and turn knob (21) to
modify the value set.

Changes the
measurement from degrees Centigrade
(°C) to degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
With the appliance in the STOP mode (icon
(16) is lit with a green light) press and hold
button (12) longer than 3 seconds (the whole
panel powers down).
Press button (4) and turn knob (21) to select
the temperature display in °C or °F. Press
knob (21) to confi rm the changes made.
5. Time setting button (Timer)
• Setting the cooking time: press once (the
icon fl ashes) to set the cooking time using
knob (21). Keep the button pressed for about
2 seconds to set an "unlimited" cooking
time; display (8) shows the message "959",
which cannot be modifi ed.
• Modify the time during cooking: press
once to display the value of the time set on
display (8).
