Installing software

Follow the procedure below to install the software you want to use.
If your PC does not come with a DVD drive, or if you want to update the software, download and install it from
the website.

For Windows

Install the software that you want to use with the included DVD.
Connect this machine to a PC with a network or USB cable, and start the installation.
 Check the status of this machine before installation.
The power is turned on.
For connection with a network, the machine is connected to a network with a network cable and the IP address
and other settings of the machine have been configured.

Insert the included DVD to the PC.

When [Auto Play] is displayed, click [Run Setup.exe].
When the [User Account Control] screen is displayed, click [Yes].

Choose a language from the pull-down menu of language selection in the [Welcome] screen.

Read the software license agreement, and click [Accept].

Read the environmental advice, and click [Next].

Click either [Network Connection] or [USB Connection] depending on the connection method
between the PC and this machine.
If [Windows Security Alert] screen is displayed, click [Allow Access].

Select the model name of this machine, and click [Next].
