The paper is moist.
The paper is not supported.
Please contact the Customer Service Center or your dealer. -
Load the paper again after shuffling it well.
Clean the paper feed roller.
Print the menu map and check if the device itself can print.
If the configurations cannot be printed correctly, contact our
Customer Service Center or your dealer.
Use the paper stored at appropriate temperature and
humidity.
Use recommended paper.
