Cause

Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel
to select a mode (Mode1, Mode2 or Off) from
[Menus] - [Print Adjust] - [High Humid Mode].
If the above does not help, load the envelope
with the flap facing the main unit. Next, from
Print Setup, set the orientation to 180°
reversion.
Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel
to select [Envelope] in [Menus] - [Tray
Configuration] - [(Tray Name) Setup] - [Media
Type].
Set [Media Type] to [Envelope] in the printer
driver.
Press the scroll buttons on the operator panel
to select the tray to adjust in [Menus] - [Print
Adjust] - [Print Position Adjust], and correct the
value of [X Adjust] (Landscape) or [Y Adjust]
(Portrait).
Change the Auto Tray Switch setting in the
printer driver.
For the Windows PCL printer driver, uncheck
[Setup] - [Paper Feed Options] - [Paper feed
options] - [Auto Tray Change].
For the Windows PS printer driver, uncheck
[Layout] - [Advanced] - [Printer Features] -
[Tray Switch] - [Off].
For macOS, go to [Paper Feed] - [All Pages
From] to select the tray to be used.
