Importing settings of this machine

Open the web page of the device to which you want to copy the settings.

Log in as an administrator.

Select [Printer Settings].

Click the Menu button on the upper right corner, and then select [Configuration Management] -
[Settings Import].

Click [Select File], and select the copying file to export.

Click [Import].

Printing PDF files (Direct Print)

You can print a PDF file without opening it. PDF 2.0 is supported.
 This function is not available on B822.

Open the web page of this machine.

Select [Direct Print].

Select the PDF file to print in [Step 1: Select a print file].

Set up the printing conditions by following the on-screen instructions in [Step 2: Set up printing
options].

Click [Print] in [Step 3: Start the printing].

Setting a link to the support page

You can order consumables and set a URL for firmware update as you wish.

Scroll the screen until [Edit Links] is displayed, and then click [Edit Links].
