This is OSPF6 IPv6 neighbor status table. It is used to provide the OSPF6 neighbor status information.
The displayed settings are:

Description
The Neighbor ID.
The priority of OSPF6 neighbor. It indicates the priority of the neighbor router.
This item is used when selecting the DR for the network. The router with the
highest priority becomes the DR.
The state of OSPF6 neighbor. It indicates the functional state of the neighbor
router.
Dead timer. It indicates the amount of time remaining that the router waits to
receive an OSPF6 hello packet from the neighbor before declaring the neighbor
down.
The IP address.
The network interface.
To set the switch port to use the default VL
